Refund policy.

Certain services, like training and custom projects, may not be eligible for refunds due to the significant time investment required. We’ll consider eligibility on an individual basis, and will happily work to resolve any issues or dissatisfaction regardless of whether a refund is possible.

Cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please send written notice at least two business days before payment is due or service is rendered. You can pause or cancel your monthly membership at any time.
